Your Account page holds everything personal to you: your name and email, how you sign in, and the metrics you want front and center. Open it from the profile menu in the top-right corner and choose Profile. Each person on the team has their own Account page. Nothing you change here affects your teammates.

Personal information

The top of the page shows your name, your email, and a Verified badge once your email address is confirmed. Below that, Personal information holds your First name and Last name — how you appear across the app. Click Save changes to apply; the button activates only once something has actually changed. Your Email is shown here too, but it is read-only. Changing the address you sign in with isn’t supported yet — contact support if you need it changed.
If your subscription predates TheOptimizer’s current billing system, your profile is managed in the aMember portal instead. In that case this section shows your sign-in Identifier as read-only, with a link to update your details in aMember.

Change your password

The Password section shows Your password is set with a Change password button. Click it to reveal three fields: Click Update password to save.
This section only appears if your account has a password. If you signed up with Google and never set one, there is nothing to change here — you sign in through Google instead.
Changing your password does not sign you out of your other devices. If that is what you want, go to Security and end your other sessions after updating the password.

Sign-in methods

Sign-in methods lists every way you can get into your account. Connecting more than one means a problem with any single method never locks you out.
Google can only be unlinked while you have another way in — an email password or an aMember identity. If Google is your only sign-in method, set a password first, then unlink.

Your KPIs

Your KPIs picks up to six metrics that TheOptimizer shows front and center across your dashboards. Drag them to set the order they appear in, then click Save KPIs. This is a personal setting, so each team member can pick the metrics that matter to their own work — a media buyer watching ROI and EPC, a creative lead watching CTR and impressions.
Pick fewer than six. The value of the KPI row is that your most important numbers are visible without scanning, and six competing tiles undercuts that.

Security and sessions

Two-factor authentication and the list of devices you are signed in on live on their own page. The Security section links straight to it — see Security.
